Today's Featured Biography
Robert Kirschenmann
After graduation and while working at Bonham's Foods in Kingsville, I protested a planned lie detector test for all the stores employees as an invasion of privacy. I was fired and then unable to find emplyment in the area, joined the Army. I was promoted to Non-commissioned Officer and served as training staff for the 2nd Brigade, 1st Division, Infantry. After being discharged, I settled in St. Louis and worked for Chrysler, Banquet Foods, and Procter & Gamble. I retired from P&G after 28 years and started my own business manufacturing components for large portable telescopes. I am married to a lovely wife, Donna K, and we currently own a 28 acre plot of land just north of New Haven, Mo. on top of the bluffs overlooking the Missouri river. We have a small observatory, a herd of domestic short hair cats (rescues), three chihuahua's (rescues), some fancy chickens, and a whole lot of work keeping up with everything.
