UPDATEs:
1. Had a paper published by the Association of the US Army's Institute of Land Warfare (URL: http://www.ausa.org/webpub/DeptILW.nsf/byid/KCAT-6EGPQ4).
2. Had another publishment, in two different magazines this time (one US, on NATO) on unmanned aircraft systems support to the troops on the ground (pg 26 of this journal (Journal 08 Edition 7): http://www.japcc.de/journal.html).
3. Travel for work has taken me to Germany (twice-got to Heidelberg, Wiesbaden, and up north to Kalkar), Belgium (Nijmagen), Italy (Rome!), and now to Israel (Tel Aviv and Herzlya in Sep).
4. Will hit 22 years active Service in the Army on 17 Sep. While I am going through my 7th look for Leutenant Colonel, I remain optimistic; especially as I live in Las Vegas (Lucky #7?).
