Event Announcement!
THE RETURN OF AUSTIN- AUSTIN II, THE NEXT LEVEL OF
Friday,
November
6,
2009
The Belmont - 305 West 6th Street, Austin, TX. 78701 512-457-0300
Pay as you go
When: November 6-8, 2009
Where: The Belmont 305 W. 6th Street, Austin, TX
Who: ALL OF US!
What: You KNOW what - a blast!
We have an extremely limited room block at the Extended Stay America on 6th & Guadalupe - within crawling distance of the Belmont. There are ONLY Queens/Kings in this block - no doubles. The rate is $94.99+tax/night. In downtown Austin, that's cheap. Go in with someone and it's really cheap. Once it fills up, we'll be making use of other hotels in the area. And we WILL fill that room block, probably within hours, if not days. Don't panic, there are other options...
Extended Stay America
600 Guadalupe St. Austin, TX
(512) 457-9994 - Be nice to Olga; she rocks.
If you happen to be one of the lucky who get in to this very close, very affordable room block, be sure to tell Olga that she rocks. 'Hey, Olga! You rock!' ;)
The group rate is under 'General HH Arnold High.'
I've sent a ton of additional hotel information to Vicki, for publishing in the HaHaHi alumni newsletter. I'll be posting more information here too, but hey, all you cheapies, send in your support to the mothership at HaHaHi.com & get a copy of the newsletter!
Loose agenda:
Thursday night, Nov 5, 7:00 pm - early arrivals, Little Woodrows for an extra night of hanging out in a smaller group... on 6th Street - leave a comment below if you plan to be here that night...
Friday night, Nov 6, 7:00 pm - The Belmont
Saturday morning, Nov 7, 9:00 am - Opal Divine's for breakfast, on 6th Street
Saturday afternoon - optional outings
Saturday night, Nov 7, 7:00 pm - The Belmont
Sunday morning, Nov 8, 9:00 am - Katz Deli - Katz Never Kloses! On 6th Street
Sunday afternoon - optional outings
We'll add to this as we get a little bit closer. Remember, this is a GRASSROOTS event. We're not formalizing agendas, asking for a cover charge, over planning or any of that jazz. Just get here, get seen, get swept away. You WILL see people you knew. You WILL make new friends. Now, what are you waiting for? Get on the phone, send that email & get that commitment from that friend you want to see again. Oh, and book a room already!

6/25/2005 Ever changing numbers
I have been asked how and why our numbers change so often....Well, it is because we have people signing into more than one class website. I am trying to keep everyone in their proper places.

After graduation I headed to Texas State University where I obtained my Bachelors degree. After graduating, the Air Force offered me an opportunity to move out to Sacramento as a Civil Service intern. I gladly packed up and headed to the west and towards the mountains. This was a great move! There I met my husband Tom & also earned my MBA. We lived in Sacramento for 5 years, then moved down to the Mojave desert (Edwards AFB). Jessica was born there towards the end of our 3 year assignment. We then we obtained our dream assignment in Alaska! we had 4.5 wonderful years up there and hope to return some day. This is also where Benjamin was born. After Alaska we had some quick moves to Alabama (1 year); followed by Oklahoma (2 years) and are currently going on 3 years in Belgium. We hope to stay but aren't sure what will come next. I've managed to stay in civil service bouncing in between Air Force, Army and Army Corps of Engineers. Tom is coming up on 19 years of active duty in the Air Force.
