Today's Featured Biography
Eric Hessberger
Only got about 30 minutes until my next class so I thought I drop a quick bio. After graduation I went back to the states for college in upstate N.Y.(S.U.N.Y. Cortland)about 20 minutes south of Syracuse. Got to come back at Christmas and summers to see the fellas, so that was fun while it lasted. Graduated college in 1993 with a degree in sports management. Didn't use it for anything job related, instead I went in on a business venture(deli) with a friend for a few years. Didn't like working a million hours a week for no money so we sold it and I went to work as a recreation director at a detention center for at risk youth. That's where I was working in 98 when I last saw some of you at the reunion in Denver. It was nice to see Chris, John, Andy and some of the few others that could make it. After that I had an opportunity for another business(college bar) so I had to take it. Good time and good money but not very condusive to having a family. Ironically, that's where I met my wife to be. After we started having kids I had to make good on my promise to get a real job so we packed up and moved to New Jersey. We live in a town called Westfield which is about 30 minutes west of NYC. I'm curently teaching physical education in Elizabeth, and going back to school for my masters. My wife is a sports director at the YMCA in Westfield. Our daughter Elizabeth is almost 3 and our twins Zachary and Emily just turned 1 last month. I haven't talked or heard from the guys in a few years, so fellas if your out there drop me a line. I'll get you my number so we can get back in touch. I'm tentatively planning on coming to the reunuion in October so hopefully we can see each other again then. I guess the bio wasn't so quick after all. Glad I found the site, Lindy keep up the good work.
