Today's Featured Biography
Kate O'Connor
Hi Everyone! A little about me since I graduated from Chugiak in '98. I searched & searched online for something to do with my life and decided on Film School. I threw a dart at a map and landed in Salt Lake City. Everyone teases me now, but at the time Salt Lake City sounded pretty metropolis. Imagine - a city with the word "city" in its name! How futuristic. I ended up having a great time in Utah, skiing at Alta, climbing in the canyons, hiking Moab, taking in the 2002 Winter Olympics. After graduation I moved to Garmisch, Germany where I worked at a ski resort/golf course for 2 years. I absolutely loved it there, and consider it the place where I will raise my family -2nd to Alaska, of course. I am currently living in Denver, CO juggling the mountains and my full time job as an Online Editor at a television production company. I am also dating an absolute hunk, running ultra-marathons, hucking backflips off of moving monster trucks, and dragging my 4 children to movie premieres across the continents in carbon neutral jets. Just living the dream!
