50 Year Reunion Announcement!
Last Reunion Is Over

It's over, but it was grand. There were a lot of very happy people hugging very happy people. The Bahia was the perfect place and we had perfect weather. George Gross was there and was the hit of the show.
I saw people waving to each other and then running across the room to be with their pals. There were ladies literally screaming when they saw an old friend. Surely these were the best of times.
There were about 100 at the mixer on Friday night. Saturday night we had 119 for dinner, which included 77 classmates and almost 25% of our original class of 330. They came from Korea, Seattle, Washington D.C., Denver, Oregon, Texas, Arizona, Idaho, and even California. Ten years ago we had 152 for dinner.
As soon as people start sending in their digital pictures, I'll try to figure out a way to show them to you. I will take the cameras in today to make them digital. You can still order a DVD with a slideshow of the snapshots everyone took over the weekend. It's $10-send the check to the address below. Depending on how many photos we get and how many of them are pretty good, I may have to send two discs. No way to know yet. The discs should start automatically when you put them in a computer...I think. If I get complaints, look here for a solution. My reunion spreadsheet will also be on the disc. You will have all the information that I have in my computer on our class. After I send the discs I will erase my computer as I'm getting a new one. The discs can't be sent for a month so I can include all of the ones the photographer took also. He "promised" he would send me a copy after one month. I hope so.
The reason there is a date of 10/5/2013 at the top of this note is that it won't print anything if the date has already past. Don't get any ideas!!! I enjoyed the time spent in the past and was thrilled with all of the happy people I saw over the weekend. But my term of office is over and I will soon fade away. It was a lot of fun, maybe more than that!
