Today's Featured Biography
Christine Boyko Ferrian
Attended Palomar College, Rancho Santiago College - majored in computer science; early childhood education and business. Currently, I am self-employed with Send Out Cards, an appreciation marketing system, and also a partner in a honey brokerage. I am a Director in BNI (Business Network International) and President of Orange County Beekeeping Assoc. (yes, I'm a beekeeper). Love gardening, arts/crafts, dancing, martial arts, playing pool, and camping.
I've been married to Robyn for 41 wonderful years and have two sons, Devin and Nathan. With Robyn retired from the CHP, we plan on doing some traveling!
Most of my career has been self-employment: daycare provider, Fantasy/SciFi store, vending, consultant, bookkeeper, satellite sales, telecommunication sales, honey sales. Other positions were computer programmer, administrative assistant, office manager, bowling league coordinator, grant proposal writer. Variety is the spice of life!
My favorite quote is: "It's not about how you survive the storm but how you dance in the rain!" It's all about what you do every day that matters.
