Today's Featured Biography
Scott Griffith
Well after high school, things got kicked into high gear.
I finished my Fire academy and have been employed with Jackson 105 FPD since.
I worked on a farm in the San luis Valley during harvest season for my Uncle during the fall of 2004.
I came back and spent the winter working, going to school for Fire Science and snowmobiling.
The very next summer I worked for a wildland fire crew.
October of 2005, I flew to antarctica to work on at McMurdo Station as a firefighter/Engineer.
I got back March of 2006 and proceeded to further my fire career and once again worked on a fire crew that traveled around the U.S. to Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado.
I obtained a postion on the Lake dillon fire department. I was at Lake Dillon Fire for 2 years until a restructure and had to move on with life.
I then got a job at Rural Metro where I spent 3 years as a EMT.
In the early 2013, i started Paramedic School. I completed the classroom portion in August 2013. I have been doing my rides as a Paramedic with Cunningham FD.
Since high school, i have been involved in many other activities. Started a ski business with Mike Waesche, but later got out due to company changes. I have been highly involved with Off road performance, Motorcycles, snowmobiles, rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting and fishing. Im definitely looking forward to the future! its going to be a great one!

Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
