Today's Featured Biography
Thomas Bland
Most people remember my sister Sandra ('84), I was in band ('83-'85) percussion. Helped with sound/lights for drama in the little theatre.
I have traveled a long, convoluted road. Went in the Navy after graduation; married; came back to denver in '91; Moved to NE in 92 to work for post office; Got My AAS degree in Grand Island, NE.; moved to Lincoln NE in '95; moved to area of Columbia Mo. in 2001. Divorced.Now working at University of MO, Refrigeration shop. I maintain and repair HVAC, Boilers, -80C specimen freezers, walkin freezers and coolers, and Kitchen equipment at the Alumni Center and Hotel/Restaurant Mgmt school.
Happily married for just over a year now (E-Harmony works!!),Have 4 children; Benjamin , Emily, Bethany, Carolyn.
Been To France, England, Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Singapore, Virgin Islands,above the Arctic circle, crossed the Equator.
I have 11 acres of ex-farmland (with fishin hole) 20 minutes from town(I enjoy the partial isolation).
I hope to hear from some of you guys who remember me. I would love to hear how everyone is doin back there.
