Tabbie Valkenburg Minzer

I joined the Navy right after highschool, and have loved every minute of it. I'm getting ready to retire in November 2006 after 20 years, and am looking forward to being with my family.
I love spending time with my oldest son and daughter playing and watching basketball and wrestling with with them.
My husband is also in the Navy and is due to retire in 4 more years.
I look forward to seeing familiar faces at the reunion after 20 years!

UPDATE (8/2/06): I'm not retiring afterall, I'm currently unders orders to go to an Aircraft carrier in December 06 until 2009. We will see what takes place at that time. Tabitha Gould always said I'd be in the Navy for LIFE. Guess she was right.
