Today's Featured Biography
Evelyn Britt Foster
Graduated May, 1961 and got married October, 1961 to Wayne. We would have been married 47 years 3 months after he passed away. He suffered for 18 months with the lung cancer, Mesothelioma, but lost his battle! It's very different without someone you've been with since a teenager, but I WILL see him again. I have 2 children, Kay (54) and Rick (48), and 6 grandchildren ranging from age 13 to age 31. I have 3 great-grandchildren, one 2 years old, one 7 months, and one in Heaven. Carter Scott was born with the cord wrapped around his neck 3 times. He was and is a true angel. My granddaughter, Brittany, has turned her tragedy into a message by blogging with my niece, who also lost 2 babies, on 3angelbabies.com. God has truly blessed me with great Christian friends, and wonderful church family, and very supportive family members. I enjoy camping, antiques, and cross-stitching (when my eyes will allow it!), and spending time with family. I live on a "family compound", where we have 5 families who are all related to each other, totaling 42-1/2 acres in Ball Ground, GA. This is where I will be for the rest of my life, with my children & families living close by. I have a lot to be thankful for, and I am!
