Today's Featured Biography
Robin Wilansky Sorkin
It's been a long 30 years, no? In that time, I have graduated from Syracuse University (it's a dry cold!), become a volunteer firefighter and EMT, lived and worked up and down the east coast, enjoyed a rewarding career in corporate communications -- with a stint or two in retail, married and divorced the father of my two children (now 17 and 11), married the father of my three stepchildren (now 21, 20 and 16), acquired a large beardie/sheepdog/akita mix rescue, started a new career in computer graphic design, become a redhead, been jogging for 27 years, and settled in Bethesda. This is a very busy time in my life as my son graduates high school next year and is off to college (playing D-1 baseball) in Philadelphia, my daughter hits puberty in full force, and my stepkids are all over the map ... one in Florida, one in upstate New York and one here. All is good, though. No worries. The busier the better!
