Our Class-Wide 75th Birthday Party

3 Trails Brewing Company (On the Square, where Kressge's was when we were kids)
Nothing up front; cash bar and food available
We've been going to too many funerals, and didn't want to wait until our 60th reunion, so . . .
The Truman HS Class of 1967 Class-Wide 75th Birthday Party was born (couldn't get all that on a bumper sticker).
We'll gather at 3 Trails Brewing Co. on the Independence Square. It's where Kressge's was, at the corner of Main and Maple, across from Katz Drug Store.
The date is Friday, June 14, 2024 starting about 4:00. No cost. Cash bar and food will be available to order.

On Sunday November 11th we will be gathering at the World War I Museum in downtown KC for the Walk of Honor Dedication.

8/19/2012 What a Great Time at the 45th Reunion!
We had such a wonderful time at the 45th reunion.

After graduation from THS I attended UCM where I obtained a degree in music education. I taught elementary music in Raytown for 29 years and also sang with jazz groups around the KC area for many years. I was married twice and have no children. I received my masters degree in counseling in the late 80's. After retiring from teaching in Raytown I was a middle school counselor in KCK. After working in KCK for a few years I taught one additional year in Lawrence. At that point I decided to figure out what I really "wanted" to do. Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I decided to learn to groom. I worked in a grooming shop for 2 years, and now groom at my home a few days a week. For an artistic outlet, I started doing community theater. And, I work at Chico's, just because. Still looking for other "activities".
