Today's Featured Biography
Larry Hanson
Went to College in Fremont, NE, at Midland Lutheran College. Got married to Madeline Fenster, 1966. We had 3 children, Martin, Sonya, and Mark. We lived in Hastings, North Platte, Bayard, Angora, and Bridgeport, NE, until we got divorced in 1987. I remarried in 1998 to Tanya Williamson, in Omaha. Tanya and I both work on the University of Nebraska Omaha Campus. I have worked for Nebraska Educational Television since 1971. I worked at KTNE-TV at Angora, NE from 1971 to 1987, and then moved to Omaha, to become the Chief Engineer at KYNE-TV Ch 26 in Omaha.
This September will mark my 35th year of watching Sesame Street and getting paid for it. Between Tanya and I we have 5 Children, and 8 Grand Children. All three of my children have served in the US Army, seeing duty all over the world.
Tanya and I enjoy traveling, and have seen both coasts of the US, besides spending time in Galveston, TX. and up into Minnesota, Wisconsin. We love Estes Park, Colo. and usually try to get up there once or twice a year.
Best Wishes to All at our 40th Reunion.
