Steven Shaw

Married Judy Meyer in 1983 and became instant "Daddy" to three wonderful girls, Shanon, Brandi & Amy. Moved to Vallecito Lake Colordao in 1985 to help my parents with their resort business on the lake. Business sold to some Texans who had more money than brains in the fall of '85. We then moved to Rio Rancho where I went to work for the City as a "Public Safety Officer"-police, fire, EMT. Retired after 21 years as Deputy Chief of Police in 2006. Almost came back to Artesia after retirement as Chief of Police, couldn't leave my grandkids in Albuquerque.

My girls are all out on their own with the husbands or fiance'. My two oldest live here with Amy living in Raleigh, NC. I have five terrific grandkids (spoiled of course!)

I am working with a couple of other retired cops doing law enforcement training and consulting throughout the state and ride my Harley whenever the opportunity arises.
