I have been married for 18 years and we have two children Connor and Graham. My husband, David, is currently active duty with the Mullins National Guard and has been since Oct 06 when his group went to Afghanistan. He is trying to finish his masters so he can go in full time military as a Chaplain. Connor will be graduating next year, plays soccer and she is planning on going into the Marine Corps after college. Graham is 12, plays rec football, but he couldn't have contact with the ball because of his size, he is already 5'5" and is looking forward to playing football for the junior school next year. his coach is the coach for the junior school and can't wait to get him on the team. He has played since flag football. In May of 07 my father died of lung cancer and in Nov of 07 I had surgery due to weight gain. I am still trying to get back down to what I was before I had children. I haven't worked since 2000 because I was homeschooling my children and then I took care of my Grandmother before she died. Since then I take care of my children, am active in my church callings, and love doing crafts. Between children's sports, church and family I have no time left. i am looking forward to the day that David does go full time and we can move back to a base, I miss living on a base. I can't believe how time has gone by, it seems like yesterday that we were in school and now my baby is getting ready to leave.
