Upon my graduation from high school, I left Marion and persued my college career at South Carolina State College. In my duration at this college I pledged in the illustious sorority of Alpha Kappa Alpha incorporated. The succeeding year I completed my education at Francis Marion University and received my BS in political science and sociology. I later received my masters in Social Work from Almeda University. After receiving my college degrees I married and relocated to North Carolina. I currently hold the position of supervisor in the Child Welfare division in the West Central zone in Wake County of Raleigh, North Carolina. From my union, three children were born. My eldest (Kentrice, age 24) has given me two grandsons ages 21 months and 6 weeks. My second daughter (Destiny, age 18) is a sophomore at N.C. State University, she is currently on the Dean's List. My baby boy (Eric, age 16) is a rising senior in high school, who is a member of the Honor Society with ambitions of continuing his education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.In my leisure time I enjoy working with my catering company known as Amazing Creations Inc. I look forward to reuniting with my fellow classmates this upcoming year.
