Today's Featured Biography
LaNere Cleveland Williams
I married the love of my life in 1956 in Waco in St. John's Methodist Church. My husband Bob worked for the State of Texas and we lived in various places - Coleman, Brownwood, Odessa, Waco(2 times) and Austin - all in Texas.
We have one son Vincent who is a chiropractor and lives in Georgia - just north of Atlanta in Woodstock. He has been married 18 years.
I just lost my husband this past September, so we almost made the 50 year mark.
We have enjoyed living in Austin these many years - over 30 and I feel like I will stay here. I only have one relative left in Waco - Joe Cooper who graduated with us - he is my cousin.
I still love visiting Waco as it still seems like home to me.
