7/3/2009 It's Hard To Say Goodbye!
Greetings fellow Farmers! Tonight we meet at Granite High School for one last goodbye. It's hard to believe that after more than a century our grand old school is closing its doors for good.

On March 17, 2009, I will have been married to the love of my life, Richard, for 31 years. We are enjoying our "empty nest" years but hope to be grandparents some day. Meanwhile, we enjoy being a aunt, uncle, great-uncle and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. We enjoy rock hounding, camping and hiking and Utah is a great place to do all of these! I have worked for Alpine School District for 14 years. I taught 6th grade, 3rd grade and then I have been teaching Reading Recovery for the last 12 years. I graduated from the University of Utah in 1994 with my BS degree in Elementary Education and a Reading Endorsement. I went back to school in 1991 to finish what I had started after high school. We spent the years between 1981-1990 in Washington state where our last two children were born. We hope to see everyone at our 35rth reunion. Hard to believe we are all getting that old!!!!
