Sarah Short MacDougall
Eons ago... Man oh man, we're pushing 40!!
Anyway...
After graduation I attended Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada. I graduated with a BA in what else... History. From there I entered into the Culinary Program at George Brown College in Toronto. I did my apprenticeship at the Royal York Hotel. After moving to Vancouver, BC, I was a chef for two years. While I love food, the industry was too much for me, especially once I met my husband (NOT a chef). So I decided to go back to get my education degree at UBC. While at school, I became pregnant with my first and 14 short months after Emily, I was pregnant with Wyatt. This delayed my teaching but now that I've come out of the baby/toddler cloud, I am a teacher on call twice a week. Love it. Motherhood is certainly a challenge but of course rewarding.
Have a blast at the Reunion. Living on the other side of the country and in a different country... I won't be able to attend. Have a martini or glass of wine for me! Cheers!
