Lets see...After we graduated I joined the Army for a couple years, did basic at Fort Knox, Kentucky. I did a year in Korea by the DMZ, and then spent the rest of my time at Fort Hood, Texas blowing stuff up and rolling in mud. When my contract was up I went into the National Guard while going to SCC, I did a ride out with Orange County Fire and loved it so went through Santa Ana's Fire Academy, while serving as a part time Firefighter with Villa Park. I got hired half way through my basic Fire Academy at Santa Ana to be a full time Fire Fighter with the Los Angeles Fire Dept. I've been on for a little over 5 years. I ended up dragging our classmate Josh Jenkins with me onto the LAFD (He's been on for almost 4 years now.) I worked in Hollywood for a bit and for the rest of the time I have been assigned to downtown Los Angeles, by skid row and south central.
About the same time I got out of the service I met my wife through mutual friends. We dated for 3 years and got married a little over a year ago; she has stuck by my side through thick and thin and been my rock. She is a school teacher in Menifee.
We bought a house up on the hill in Corona about 3 years ago. We have a Black Lab/ Sheppard named Tucker, and a terior/ chiwawa mix named Tini. My son Finn keeps them both busy.
Other than that we've traveled to Jamaica, the West Indies and all over the U.S., Tried sky diving, got a couple more tattoos, done the standard river and desert trips, and had a great time.
Can't wait to catch up with everyone.
See you there!
