Our Story
February 5, 2003 was the official launch date for Classreport. That day was the culmination of nearly 2 years of planning, designing, testing and hair pulling (see Tim's photo.) While working to organize names and addresses for his 30 year high school reunion, Tim grew frustrated working with scraps of paper and hand-me-down lists that were 5, 10, even 20 years old! Many people had not even been notified of past reunions. Since they had built a successful database development business by taking their client's chaos and producing order, Tim and Barbara decided to put those same skills to work solving Tim's class reunion crisis. The first school online was Tim's high school, Truman High School in Independence, MO. Next was Barbara's high school in Michigan, then Tim's Mother's high school in Olympia, WA. From there it spread to Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, friends and so on. Tim and Barbara live in Independence, MO. They have 5 children, 8 grandchildren. When they aren't staring at their computer screens, they enjoy sailing on area lakes and motor-boat treks on the Missouri River. Please enjoy your class site!
