RE : IERE 50TH GRAD REUNION INFORMATION
Hope this meets you in good health and spirits. With our reunion just around the corner, some updates are in order. Please look over the attachment for the most up to date information. It would be appreciated if copies of the attachment are made and given to those who do not have an e-mail address, especially to classmates and alumni in Trinidad.
As you will notice, Friday’s events are mainly for the first two classes who entered Iere in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the first graduating class. All of Saturday’s events are open to other alumni, family and friends. The Sunday closing picnic will include a few invited guests.
Regarding the Dinner/Dance, if you are in a position to let me know how many tickets you would like to request, please advise so I can reserve ahead of time. Some of you may want to purchase tickets for family or friends.
A maximum of 160 tickets will be available at $250.(TT) each. If the demand for tickets is great, we may have to impose limits, but at this point I don’t see that happening. With a good turnout, the cost of the dinner/dance will help defray some of the other reunion expenses.
Classmates and other interested alumni will be given first preference for tickets, before they will be made available to others. Tickets will not be given out until closer to the event, but I will take reservations now.
