After HS went onto MSU and graduated with BS in Electrical Engineer. Started work in 1980 at General Dynamics in San Diego, moved to TRW Aerospace in 1984. In 1990, I married another electrical engineer from who was at GD, then TRW. Danny Morikawa is from Hawaii, making those home trips really rough!!! We were blessed to have 2 children. Chris is 16, finishing his 10th grade in HS, and our daughter, Katelyn is 14 completing her freshmen year. Great and beautiful kids! I moved to Hewlett Packard (HP) in 1996 to see if they were as good as I heard for working mothers... but then back to TRW (now Northrop Grumman after a buy out). I have been working as an engineer and program manager for almost 30 years now in the San Diego area.
We did lose our home in the wildfires in southern CA in October of 2007. But have rebuilt and moved into our new home in February of this year. Strange to know that when they announce the lost of homes in a natural disaster on TV that you are one of those stats... Great kids, great spouse, knowing you can have the option to retire in 4 years, not too bad of a life!!!
