Our 20th year Reunion was held at Warm Springs Lodge on September 27th 2008. In total we had about 100 people there. The weekend was very wet but the rain subsided for the most part... Thank you God! Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Dinner was great and the air was filled with chatter and laughter.... lots of it. |

Today's Featured Biography
Patricia Long Arnold
WELL, AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, I MARRIED THE MAN OF MY DREAMS IN SEPTEMBER OF 1988, ANDY ARNOLD. SEVERAL OF YOU WERE ACTUALLY IN MY WEDDING.I DECIDED TO PURSUE THE DENTAL WORLD. I WORKED FOR DR. MARK COOK IN SHERMANSDALE, AS A DENTAL ASSISTANT AND RECEPTIONIST FOR [7] YEARS. I WENT TO H.A.C.C. FOR A FEW DENTAL CLASSES AND RADIOLOGY. THEN WE DECIDED TO START THE JOURNEY OF HAVING CHILDREN.
RACHAEL WAS BORN IN 1994, AND JOSHUA WAS BORN IN 1995.
FOR SEVERAL YEARS AFTER THAT WE HAD NO IDEA THAT WE WOULD BE PUT TO THE TEST. OUR SON WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CYSTIC FIBROSIS ON HIS 3RD BIRTHDAY. OUR JOURNEY HAD ONLY JUST BEGUN,WE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS AT THE HERSHEY MED. CENTER, AND CHILDRENS HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA.
HE THEN GOT HEPATITIS AND WE ALMOST LOST HIM. OUR SON STILL DEALS WITH IMMUNE PROBLEMS AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES, BUT HE IS HEALTHY ,COMPARED TO THE FEW YEARS THAT HE WASN'T.
I HAVE HAD A VARIETY OF HEALTH PROBLEMS ON-GOING FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS, UTERINE CANCER, LEG SURGERIES, AND OTHER PROBLEMS. GOD BLESSED US WITH OUR 3RD CHILD, SARAH CHAN, KATHERINE. WE WENT ALL THE WAY TO CHINA TO GET OUR CHINA DOLL.WE ADOPTED HER 6 YEARS AGO. GOD HAS US GO THROUGH THINGS FOR A REASON, WE DON'T SEE IT UNTIL A FEW YEARS LATER.
WE GET BLESSED WITH THINGS THAT WE NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN THE BEST I COULD ASK FOR.
WE DECIDED TO START A SMALL CLEANING BUSINESS 5 YEARS AGO; DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM IN THE RARE BREED THAT LOVES TO CLEAN. THAT BUSINESS HAS GROWN INTO A LARGER BUSINESS THAN WE EVER THOUGHT. WE HAVE OVER 20 PEOPLE WORKING FOR US NOW AND ARE NOW BRANCHED UP IN STATE COLLEGE, PA. AS WELL.
WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ALL OF YOU AT THE REUNION. I'M SO SAD ABOUT SCOTT BALL. HE WAS MY NEIGHBOR FOR MY JUNIOR -SENIOR HIGH YEARS.
HE WILL BE MISSED.
ALL MY LOVE; CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU -ALL TOMORROW NIGHT.
PATTY LONG-ARNOLD

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
