55 Year Reunion Announcement!

50th Year Class Reunion Summary |

What a grand time we had the weekend of April 23 and 24, 2010 for this our class' 50th Year Reunion. Friday night was a "full house" just to socialize and visit. This time provided a good, friendly time to "reconnect" with some people that we had not seen in the past 50 years.
We had glorious weather for the breakfast on Saturday morning at John Lee Slaughter's office and the food and time together was so much fun. Evelyn Cole Durham's friend did bring her 1960 Ford Thunderbird for us all to see to "remember." The social time and dinner Saturday night could not have been better and 130 people attended (the best turn out that we ever had for a reunion). Joe Rice brought his 1957 red and white Ford sedan and his 1960 Ford Thunderbird for us to use as backgrounds for grand pictures. We had have good memories of this weekend and it helps us remember the special connection that we all have together. |
