Following graduation, I attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. I graduated four years later from the Business Leadership Program with a minor in political science.
Three years later I married my college sweetheart and we bought a house in Mountlake Terrace. A year earlier I took a position in the Commercial Real Estate Group of U.S. Bank. I have been with them ever since. My primary focus now is lending on affordable housing projects.
Five years ago my first son was born, with my second two and a half years later. They currently attend co-op preschool and my eldest is going to a co-op kindergarden in the Fall. We believe in hands-on parenting and education.
Recently I have become interested in vegetable gardening and sustainability projects. What we feed our kids minds is just as important as what we feed their bodies. My hobbies include reading, music and gardening.
