Today's Featured Biography
Lance Storm
Graduated CSUF in 2004 (It took a while) and then entered a career in Loss Prevention and I work for Styles For Less as the Director of Loss Prevention. I was previously with Sephora and Borders Books and Music for many years.
I still play a bunch of golf. I am a pilot and flying has kind of taken over my world in the last several years. I recently became instrument rated which means I can punch through the June gloom when I want to go to Vegas or wherever. My whole family moved to Vegas except me and I really hate to battle the 15 FWY at 5:00pm on a Friday to go and visit them. My 18 month old son, Dillin, digs it,(not that he has a choice). I also do a lot of carpentry, and have remodeled a couple of homes which can be fun, I guess...
This year I became a command pilot for Angel Flight West (www.angelflight.org) and I volunteer to fly individuals who are in need of medical care, transplants, etc. but who are unable to afford transportation.
I lived in Yorba Linda for many years and in 2004, I bought a home in La Verne. Why? I guess so my wife can be closer to her family. It's actually similar to Yorba Linda I guess, except it's near Pomona (yuk!)
I got Married in 2000 to my beautiful wife Barbra. We had our first child in January of '07. She is 4 months pregnant with #2. She went to El Dorado, class of '95 (I'm a Cradle Robber, hehe!)
I go out to the river as often as I can, usually to Lake Mead or Mohave, and occasionally to Laughlin and Havasu.
I still hang out with Chad, Mitch, and Dave Strieter when able, and other than that, life's been pretty good.
