OK - here we are - 45 years later. I have been very fortunate. I married a Cantwell man and we will celebratae 40 years this August. Seems like an anomoly after reading many of the the other profiles. Our son lives 10 minutes away and he and his wife have blessed us with 1 6 year old grandaughter and Maddison is due March 17th - can't wait :) Our daughter lives in La Quinta (convenient for the reuneion - yes) She is a nurse and her husband is a police officer in Indlio. But they are trying to get back here - hiring freeze blocking them for now. I have been a school secretary for many years and LOVE IT!! How could you not? Great hours, close to home, lots of holidays and 6 weeks in summer for all the fun stuff. We have a small place in Big Bear (30 years worth) and enjoy it immensely. Saw Steve Johnson perform there a couple of weeks ago.He is a good entertainer. Don't see a lot of Montebello people - but hope to. I have enjoyed visiting the websit - and thanks Gayle for keeping us together. My husband is retired - which is why I still work :) No really - love him to pieces - but am happy doing what I do. Friends are so important. I enjoy walking, gardening, reading, and boating - thanks for listening (dejavu from VanDyke in Art class :)
