Keith Scott

My name is Keith Scott. I am a member of the Richmond Union High School Class of 1963. I was born April 5, 1945 at Providence Hospital in Oakland, CA, and I lived in the WW 11 housing project called Harbor Gate, located in South Richmond from 1946 to 1953. I lived in Richmond and Albany, CA until December, 1954 when my family moved to the unincorported area of Rollingwood. I lived in Rollingwood until October, 1998 when I moved to Bend, Oregon, where I still reside. During my adult years in Rollingwood, I was president of the Rollingwood Improvement Association from 1979 to 1985, having served longer than any other RIA president. I was also on the Rollingwood-Wilart Park Recreation and Park District from 1987 to 1990. In Bend, Oregon, I was president of my homeowner association, the Woodriver Village Homeowners Association from 1999 to 2007, also having served longer than any other president. I am active in City of Bend civic affairs, a visitor with the Bend City Council at twice a month meetings. I was on the class committee for the 2003 Richmond High 40th Class Reunion. in the Ironworkers Union Local 378, I was both a 15 year Recording Secretary, and family picnic chairman from 1976 to 1991. I am now retired and on social security, and I am a board member of the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association.
