After graduating VPHS in 1999, Spencer continued to University of California at Irvine to pursue a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
He was recruited by Orange Unified School District immediately after graduation and hired as a Technical Specialist working at the OUSD main admin offices supporting all 40+ school sites in the district. About a year into this, Spencer happily accepted an on-site position of the same nature at VPHS to support all the school site based technology and to support the newly rolled out "Digital High School" program.
About 3 years into his studies at UCI, Spencer unexpectedly became bored and uninterested in continuing studies in engineering and made a leap of faith transferring to a Studio Arts major. As a art major, Spencer's areas of focus were critical theory, photography, and non-ceramic sculpture. Spencer graduated 2004 with honors and a minor in Digital Arts.
After graduation from UCI, Spencer worked as a freelance photographer with various clientele in various fields for a little while. Around the same time Spencer ended up getting his Real Estate Sales License and joined Century 21 Superstars of Anaheim Hills.
End of 2007, Spencer was recruited to RE/MAX Metro Realty of Anaheim. Spencer was awarded the "100% Club Award" for his achievements in 2008 and the Top Sales Award for October/November 2008.
Spencer's specialty is in bank owned and foreclosure sales as well as short sales both on the sellers and buyers sides.
Spencer's ability to adapt to the ever changing real estate market and uncertain economy, with his incorporation of state of the art technologies into every day business, separate him from other real estate agents and creates for success every step of the process.
