Time is running out: So I am posting MORE and MORE NOTES to all regarding the upcoming Reunion. You do not want to miss this I am posting the details below.
We are also extending a welcome to the classes of 77 & 79, should they wish to join us! Spread the word NOW!!
First of all.. the event is from 7:30 - 12:30 at Noto's - Saturday July 26th.
The ticket price is $63.00 pp, this includes the menu posted below and the FIRST THREE HOURS (7:30-10:30 ALL DRINKS AND GRATUITIES INCLUDED during those hours)The bar converts to CASH bar from 10:30-12:30
The menu is comprised of International Food Stations, so there is something for all. The menu is as follows:
INTERNATIONAL FOOD STATION's
Oriental Station
â€;¢ Chicken Satay â€;“; Marinated and grilled skewered chicken
â€;¢ Vegetable Stir Fry with Plum sauce
â€;¢ Fried Rice
Southwestern Station
â€;¢ Fajita Bar â€;“; Flour shell, seasoned beef and chicken, sour cream, tomatoes,
onion, guacamole, lettuce, olives and salsa

Spanish Station
â€;¢ Seafood Paella â€;“; Assorted seafood with salami and saffron rice
â€;¢ Chevre and Grapes with Flat Bread
â€;¢ Beans and Rice with Pulled Pork
Italian Station
â€;¢ Pasta with vodka tomato cream sauce
Dessert and Coffee
â€;¢ German Chocolate Cake or Italian Cream Cake
â€;¢ Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee (served at 10:30)
Parking is FREE!!
We are having a Picnic the next day that is FREE to all those who RSVP for the MAIN event. We have a hefty deposit on this reunion and would like to make sure we have enough people for the MAIN event, so we packaged them together. WE MUST guarantee the headcount prior to the event and pay for all prior to the event. Therefore the urgency of your responses and RSVP's is crucial. We must have all checks and money orders sent NOW. If you did NOT receive an invite, it's because we have been looking for YOU! I have received quite a response of people who say they are attending and we have NOT received your check or money order yet. Because we have to pay for this event in advance, we may NOT be able to take money the door. We have no options on this, if there is a challenge regarding this, contact me personally please. We cannot accept credit cards as the cost would be driven up on the event.
The picnic on Sun. July 27th (1PM to 5PM) is local and I cannot post the location as we want that to be a surprise that will be announced at the MAIN Event along with tickets. Children are welcome. If you write to the ekhs30th address I slipped into this message, we can give you more information regarding this. Beer and Wine only permitted at Picnic and it will be POT LUCK STYLE & BYOB. Please make sure you bring plenty of Ice and Water!!
We have a few people behind the scenes, who have worked very hard trying to find you all and have been answering questions via our EMAIL address which will be carefully written below as this site does not allow us to post anything with an email address, so please read it carefully, ekhs30th yahoo com. These folks have also made sure a REALLY good Party has been put together as they mailed out the invitations and gathered physical addresses.
I have taken the time to load quite a few pictures from the yearbook in hopes it will stir you into attending and see all your old friends again. Hope it works, I had a great time viewing these as you will too, check out our photo album I started and feel free to send some that you have as well. I would LOVE to get some old pics you may have a create a photo montage that we can all see at the reunion! If you submit pics by July 22, to me, I can include them. Send to the EKHS30th email address I mentioned above.
