Today's Featured Biography
David Schneider, Jr.
Born in Chicago, but grew up in England to age 16 and examinations. Came to America with family and had one confusing year at Kirksville Senior High School.
After KHS I went to NE Missouri State (now Truman University) and graduated in 1972 with Physics and Education degrees. Joined the Peace Corps, taught physics/mathematics etc. in Ghana for three years.
I taught there a few more times, but also worked in Colorado for UNISYS and Raytheon as a programmer, then software engineer, then quality assurance engineer.
Later, I moved to Las Vegas NV and after an interesting but tiring time driving a paratransit bus, went into the gaming software/hardware business checking the software and other quality of games, including on-line ones.
I always found American education to be very difficult to teach in, so I like teaching overseas and doing computer things in America.
I am now retired in Oregon, a bit fed up with the way American businesses now treat their workers, and fed up with the treatment of teachers in America.
Along the way, I got married, had two children, and my daughter had two children of her own.
Trying to find some useful things to do now.
Wishing everyone all the best. It now seems that graduation in 1968 was a long, long time ago.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
