Christina Floyd Gladwin

I left Billings in 1998 with Eric Nettleton and moved to Helena. My folks had moved before me and it was time for a change. Eric and I lived together in Helena until early 2002 when we split up 4 months before we were supposed to be married. I was working for Valley Bank at the time and I chose to transfer to our sister bank First Secuirty in Missoula to get away from the situation.

I met my husband (Ben)on my first day at First Security he was the bank guard with Grizzly Security and I was working the teller line. At this point in my life I was drinking a lot and not looking for a boyfirend. I was still interested in him but I let it go at that time for various reasons. It took me all summer but finally I asked him out one evening after work while he walked me out of the bank to my car. He nervously agreed and our first date was at Sean Kelly's.

We both knew on that fateful date that we would be married. Ben proposed that Christmas and we were married August 16, 2003. During that time I switched jobs: i went to work at Montana First Credit Union as a collections officer and Ben quit Grizzly Secuirty to be a police officer at the University of Montana. Ben was at the police academy in Helena the first three months we were married.

We must have missed one another a bunch because we were pregnant with Brynn our daughter by the end of March in 2004. Brynn was born via c-section on December 29, 2004, one of the happiest days of our lives. She is a fiery red head with tons of attitude.

We bought our first home in August of 2005 in Stevensville Montana which is 25 miles south of Missoula. I commute everyday to work, Ben only has to drive in three days a week because he works twelve hour shifts with his department where he is now Sargent.

Our home is nothing exciting, rather simple on two city lots with a full mature yard. There will be some remodeling in our future. Besides our daughter we have two German Shepherds (Honey and Gunnar) and two cats (Pinky and Doodle).
