Today's Featured Biography
Cynthia White
After graduating from South, I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Met and married my husband there (now ex). Was in car accident with truck on December 19, 1979, Remember my cute little green mustang - crushed.Stayed in the hospital forever and then gave birth to Tony. Husband left me after the accident. Called my folks, said Cyndy's in a bad wreck, you need to come to Durham. Then when my parents got there, he was gone. Had 8 broken ribs, collapsed lung, crushed pelvis, broken knee, broken hip, burst eardrums, glass in my face, and skull fracture which left me with permanent brain damage. It took me 2 years to heal. But I was well enough to take my last 2 classes at Carolina and graduate with a BA in English in summer of 1980. Tony is now 28 years old. Very handsome - looks like me with blue eyes and very sucessful. No grandkids yet but there is hope. Everybody get in touch with me by email is on this site.
Now its Jan 2014, Never remarried. Tony will be 35 this coming May. I have two beautiful grandsons - Logan, age 4 and Riley, age 2. I'm still writing articles, short stories and novels. Working on several at one time. My mother has passed away by 11 years now and my father is 93. So I'm still in the same house as I was in high school and taking care of my father. I did attend Queens University Grand School as well.
