With great sadness I want to inform you that we lost two classmates this past week. Bernice Nobles and Renee Duffie. We as a class would like to request donations to do something special for Bernice and Renee's families. We are requesting that you make your donation by noon, Thursday, April 27, 2017, so we can present our gifts to the families this weekend.

Today's Featured Biography
Cynthia Dawn Moye Hodges
Since graduation, I attended ECU and completed my BS in Elementary Education. I got married two weeks after graduating on May 19, 1990. I taught at Wintergreen Elementary School in Winterville, NC until 1998 when I resigned to stay home with my daughter while my husband completed his Residency in Family Medicine with the ECU Medical School. I then taught dance for The Little People's Creative Workshop for two years. After my husband completed his residency, we moved to Belhaven, NC (1 hour from Greenville)in 2001. My husband practiced family medicine there for two and a half years when we found ourselves looking for another job. He joined the US Air Force to be a Family Physician in the clinics on base. Our first station was at McGuire AFB, NJ. We lived there from March, 2004 until July, 2007. We were stationed at Ramstein AB, Germany where my husband changed from being a Family Physician in the clinic to a Flight Surgeon. We were there for 4 years! Next we'll live in Ohio and God only knows where we'll be next.
All along the way I have been very involved in the music ministries at all the churches we have attended. In NJ, I had a paid position as the Kid's Choir Director for the chapel on base the first year we were there. I also was hired by a local Theater Arts Company, Tzigane Productions, to perform in 4 musical theater productions, which had been my passion in High School. So.... now the saga continues...(as I have told many of my friends and family that have lived this whirlwind adventure with us).
