Today's Featured Biography
Greg Bradtke
I'm usually not long winded but here goes.
Post BHBL played and had fun for a few years. Finally got serious and got a job at GE, earned a journeyman machinists rating through the GE apprentice program and earned a Management Engineering degree. Retired from GE Global Research
Married in 1981 to Melinda, son Joshua(31), daughter Jessica(29). Have one granddaughter courtesy Josh and ex, Katie will be 10 Oct. 31st, I call her our little witch, my wife our little pumpkin(hint-Halloween baby). I built a house in 1985 on Charlton Rd where we still live in BHBL school and fire district although Ballston Spa address.
We enjoy camping in our 5th wheel, I hunt locally quite a bit and also pursue large game out west and in Cananda, usually with Rod Lowell. Golf is a favorite pasttime, and as others have said in their profiles I may learn to play the game someday. Fishing, kayaking with my daughter and working around the house keep me busy. I also love riding my Harley which would probably be defined as the result of a mid-life crisis but I think it more as an excuse to get the bike.
Still a member (presently Chief, 2nd time) of the Burnt Hills Fire Dept for almost 50 years. It has been very rewarding and I have made some life long friends but I now know it is a younger persons game.
