Karen Magee Fry
Hi everyone. I just found out about this website. It's Great! I live in Edinboro, PA, about 15 miles south of Erie. I graduated from Art Institute of Pittsburg in 1976 with a degree in Commercial Art. I worked for a printer for several years doing paste-up work and some art. I graduated from Edinboro University of PA in 1999 with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. After several years of subbing, I found a full-time job as a Service Coordinator at Voices For Independence, a Center For Independent Living for people with disabilities. I work part-time as a lift van driver for the students with disabilities at Edinboro University. I also am a Direct Care Worker for a former student who has a disability.
I married in 1979 and divorced in 1993. I have three kids, Laura, Audrey and Eric. The girls are married. Laura and Edwin live near Grand Rapids, MI and their first child, Kevin, was born on Dec 11, 2013. Audrey and Justin moved to Okinawa, Japan for 4 years on Dec 17, 2013. Justin is in the Air Force. Eric is still single and shares an apartment with a friend in Edinboro. I am on Facebook under my married name, Karen Fry.
