Today's Featured Biography
Morton Smith
I attended O.U. & then OSU Dental School, where I married my 1st wife, Janet (Kahn). Then 2 years in the active reserves & on to my orthodontic training.
We moved to L. A. in '67. We decided to go our separate ways in '71.
I married Mary Rexford ( a psychologist)in '81. We lived in Topanga, Ca. until '83 when we moved to Nevada City, Ca. I thought I was retired, but, what we thought were our investments, weren't. So, we both started practices, again.
We moved to Ashland, Or. in '95; & this time, retirement stuck.
My son, David, his wife & 2 young kids, now live here, also.
My daughter, Robyn lives with her husband on the coast, at Arcata, Ca.
I'm enjoying my life; & am still in good health, aside from the normal, slowly, falling apart that we all seem to go through. I have set up a wood shop where I make furniture, I sing in our Unitarian Fellowship choir (as does Mary), as well as being the go to guy for maintenance & repairs. We're addicted to Webboggle. I also tutor ESL with our literacy council. I enjoy gardening, particularly fruit trees, grapes & berries. I also run our Fellowship men's group. No, I'm not at all bored.
I've been very saddened to see how many of our classmates have died.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
