Today's Featured Biography
Kristina Landis Cliff-Evans
After Nursing School (HUP) I lived in England for 5 years, then Texas, Maryland and finally back to Pennsylvania. Ken and I have been married for 22 years and live in Philadelphia.
I spent 14 years in nursing, specializing in open-heart surgical care and obstetrics. Also taught childbirth classes for many years.
Then I went into housing and development, working for the town of Denton, Maryland and for housing authorities in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
I owned a small vending business for 5 years and am also a freelance writer.
Finally I returned to nursing as a clinical consultant for 4 years for a pharmaceutical marketing company. I retired from there at the end of 2011.
We have 2 grandsons, Aidan, 12, and Sean, 9 who live in Lancaster, so we get to see them.
We love to travel and just got back from a 6-week road trip, visiting 14 National Parks and putting 9800 miles on our little Prius!
