Today's Featured Biography
Rhonda Gore Wilson
I married my husband, Mike, on February 16, 1973. We have two sons, Wesley and Chris. Both of our sons graduated from State Technical Instiute with an Associates. Degree in Engineering and from the General Motors Training Institute.. They are both Master Mechanics for General Motors and ASE. I have three beautiful grandchildren, Brena, 15, Logan, 9, and Callie
age 7.I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Memphis College of Art and a Master of Fine Arts Degree from Memphis College of Art. I also have a Master of Christian Counseling and Christian Ministry and Philosophy. from Harding Graduate School of Religion. I have had artist exhibitions at many venues, including New York City numerous times, San Francisco, New Orleans, Sante Fe. N. Mex, Chicago, Dublin, Ireland, Paris, France, Venice, Italy, Tuscany, Vienna, Austria, Edinborough, Scotland and London, England. I rarely travel anymore and mainly take commissioned pieces and sell works frrom my website, .absolutearts.com/susiewil. I enjoy my time spent with my grandchildren and my family now and love teaching my two youngest grandchildren how to paint
and draw. I.also make tapestries and hand painted
quilts. When I have the time I still enjoy goldsmithing
and silversmithing. In my spare time my husband is teaching me how to become an expert marksman on the .38 caliber, 9 .mm and AR-15 for personal safety. We recently joined a private shooting club association in Arlington, TN. My grandchildren have already taken their safety classes and are shooting very well at target practice.. Life has been good to us and we have been blessed with two wonderful sons and three beautiful grandchildren. Our main enjoyment in life is family get togethers and family activities. I enjoy being with my friends from church and going to weekly Ladies Bible Study on Tuesdays as well as weekly Bible Study on Wednesday mornings and then family service on the Sunday morning and evening. I work on Tuesday and Thurday afternoons volunteering my time as an art therapist and family life counselor at a Christian Charity Organization. I work with toddlers, preschool, and adolescents as well as teenagers and unwed mothers. It has been very rewarding to work with them on a part time basis and to see them benefit from my help even for the small amount I contribute. There is so much need for assistance in the Memphis area, I wish there were more resources available to meet the demand. In September, 2011, I was notified I was appointed to the Strathmore Registry of Who's Who for 2011 of Master Artist's in local, national and international acclaim.. I was recently named to the Biltmore Registry of Who's Who for 2012 of Master Artists of local, national, and internatinal acclaim on February 24, 2012. I feel I have been truly blessed by God in my personal and in my professional life. Through him all things are possible.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
