Today's Featured Biography
Ann Wise Tucker
I attended Southwest Texas State in San Marcos, TX for four years, graduated and taught school at a middle school in Alief ISD for 9 years. During that time, I married and had two kids. After I taught there, I taught at Wharton Co Jr. College and Houston Community College after getting my Master's degree from Texas A & M. I had my son and returned to teaching when he was 6. I got my principal's certification and got a job as an assistant principal. Now I am an associate principal at a middle school. All three children have graduated from high school. Both of the girls are at UT Austin, where they will graduate in May 2011. Meredith will receive a Masters in professional accounting and a bachelor's in accounting. Bethany will get a degree from the school of communications in advertising. Joel and I have been married for 29 years and have lived here in Sugar Land for 27 years. Joseph is working.
