After highschool, I took a few credits at a couple different community colleges but did not complete a degree. Instead, I decided to join the working world and because I knew I needed some sort of degree, training, etc., to get a well paid job, I decided to pursue a technical/clerical certificate from BCTI, which was a 7 1/2 month intensive program that taught me the most popular Microsoft software programs and business/accounting practices. After I graduated, I was hired as a receptionist/administrative assistant at Olympic Mountain Products where I worked for 2 years, gradually transitioning from admin to accounts receivables to sales. While assisting the president in sales, I was given the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas for a convention. Turns out that that was a very special turning point in my life because that is where I met my husband, Brian. My boss actually introduced us and we immediately connected. It was only a few months before I decided to move to Chicago. I took a couple months off work and then was hired as a jr. administrative assistant for Edelman, a public relations firm. I'm still with the same company but I have been promoted from jr. admin to jr. business manager/sr. admin. Brian and I are happily married and are so proud of our baby boy, Isaiah Michael, born August 1, 2003. I enjoy watching movies, hanging and talking with friends/family, crocheting and traveling.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
