Korene Hubacka
Favorite pastimes: Travel, collecting wine, flying, Michelin star restaurants, collect paintings from around the world, Music, having dinner parties, and working out.
Favorite High School Memories: Being able to eat anything and not gain weight
Highlights Since High School: Living and working in Belgium for the past five years, and Project Managing the Paris and Farnborough air show every year. It's really all about travel and fantastic food and wine with good music and friends. Travel highlights; Tanzania, Kenya, Morocco, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Russia, Chile, Katikies hotel in Santorini, Greece, and almost all the European countries. Places I haven't been and would love to
go: South Africa, Iceland, Egypt, Dubai.
Best shopping: Milan (the heartbeat of fashion), almost anywhere in Italy, Brussels, Paris, Madrid, and London. Best Food: Brussels, The Netherlands, anywhere in France, and London is really getting better and better (Scalini, and Maze are my favorite). Favorite food: Duck, Caviar, Pheasant, Foie Gras, Pork Belly. Favorite wine: All the good stuff. Favorite Champagne:
Veuve Clicquot, and Ruinart. Best beer:
Hoegaarden (biere blanche). Favorite Music: Brazilian Girls, Beck, Jack Johnson, Lucinda Williams, Luna, and The Thievery Corporation.
