Today's Featured Biography
Anna Griswold Pattermann
Well, life has thrown a lot of difficult events my way over the last 5 years now, but reguardless of how difficult life was, I am here today and better than ever. Needless to say me and my hs sweetie are no longer together though we did spend some 5 1/2 years together. Shortly after he and I broke up, his mother and her fiance past. Thankfully he and I were able to remain friends dispite the break up and are still good friends to this day.
I am now very happily married to of all people an Army man. Unfortunatly, he is currently deployed to Iraq and may or may not be here for the birth of out first child. It is a little girl who we will be naming Eva Jane-Marie. She is due June 23, 2006. Needless to say, I am already ready for her to be out of me, but I'm more than willing to wait to ensure that she is happy and healthy when she is born. It's been 6 months now since last I saw Donn. I miss him like crazy, but they are sending him home on leave at the end of May, and though he will only be home for 2 weeks, I am very much looking forward to that time to just be with him once again and know that he is safe and in my arms if only for a short while. After he goes back, there are only 4 more months and he will be home with me for good, and it's about damn time if you ask me. 6 months is a very long time to be seperate from the one you love by so many miles. Approximately 6,700 miles for those that are curious... I don't know if we are staying in or getting out of the military, but eventually we will be back home in Wisconsin where we would love to raise this little one and any more children we decide to have in the future.
Give me a heads up and let's hear what some of you have been up to since school. I know that not all of us always got along, much less knew eachother, but at the same time, time cures all wounds, and at times even grows new friendships never before imagined.
