RLHS Class of 1979 Scholarship
We are proud to announce that the RLHS Class of 1979 Alumni Scholarship Fund will award one $500.00 scholarship to a graduate of RLHS who is enrolled to attend college as a freshman in the Fall semester 2009. Applicants will be chosen based on
their participation in school activities and will have served as a role model to promote the RLHS School Spirit!
During our 25th Class Reunion in 2004 we collected many donations for the Scholarship Fund. It is because of your generous donations, as well as your participation in the 50/50 raffle, that we are able to give this valuable gift to a spirited young graduate! We chose 2009 to award the scholarship to coincide with our 30th Reunion Celebration.
With your help, we plan to continue to award this scholarship. In the tradition of school spirit, we will expand our efforts to make this a worthwhile endeavor. We will encourage other classes to join us in creating an Alumni Scholarship with the hope that we could award more scholarships, more frequently!
If you did not get a chance to donate in 2004, you will be glad to know that donations are accepted at any time!

Copies of the Senior Yearbook onto CD
The Reunion Committee is strongly considering sending our Senior Yearbook to a company that professionally preserves them onto a C.D. Over the years, many of you have asked us if there is any extra copies that we could get a hold of. We have checked more than a few times with the school and they do not have any extras of the 4 years we attended RLHS. Now this is where all of you come in, before the company will start the process we need to send in a pre order. We would like to start the project, but we absolutely need to know if you are interested and would like to invest in our Senior Yearbook preserved on a CD. If you are even the tiniest bit interested, please call or email me so I can share more information with you about this exciting project.

I have been happily married to Randy for almost 26 years. Randy and I have lived in our Lindenhurst home since 1985. We have been blessed with two wonderful children; David (17) and Brendan (16); thankfully they are better teenagers than I was :). The kids keep us pretty busy with football, track, soccer and volleyball. I work full time as a Technical Project Manager in Deerfield. 30 years is too long to be out of touch with friends.
