Even though I live in our rival town, things are going great. I try to keep myself active, mostly by chasing my step-sons from one place to another. They are both very active in ice hockey and roller hockey. ryant started playing basketball this spring, and is looking forward to playing again this summer. Austin took a break from bseball this year, and is wanting to play in a summer basketball league as well. My wife, Tami, is absolutely wonderful. Then again, that's a given if she has to put up with me on a daily basis. I try to keep myself active by playing softball in the summer, and volunteering as a coach for Austin's hockey team during the winter.
Upon graduation, I went to Parkland College, and graduated in '91 with a degree in Physical Education. I then transfered to SIU-C, where I changed my major three times and eventually graduated in '95 with a degree in Recreation Administration. Needless to say, the only time I put my degree to use is when I help my dad run 4 major softball tournaments during the summer. They are long, hectic weekends, but it is quality time with my dad.
