Entered the Detroit Fire Academy in 1962 and retired from the Detroit Fire Department in 1992. Appointed Fire Chief of Bangor Township in 1994-1996. A State of Michigan Certified Fire Inspector assigned to the Department of Corrections from 1996-2003. Currently I am a Fire Prevention Chief for General Motors in the Pontiac, MI area. I was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1963 and stationed in Ft. Rucker, Alabama. This is where I met Peggy(a real southern beauty) who I married in 1965. We just celebrated our 44th anniversary in May.
We have a very successful daugher Erin who lives in San Clemente, CA.
