BIO COURTESY OF CLASSMATES.COM: I retired in 2001 after 28 yrs in the RCMP that had me move ten physical times, then finally settled to live in Kelowna with my wife, Janice. The kids have left the nest and live in Lower mainland and in Alberta. My hobbies after the grand children include travel,golf, hockey and a good glass of wine. of course in no particular order... Career wise, I got into the golf business and some other hobbies/jobs but returned to real work in 2003. I did five years as the security manager for the Mark Anthony Group which included businesses like the Mission Hill winery, Mikes Hard Lemonade and other liquor products. In 2007 , I changed jobs, Director of Campus Security and Parking Services for the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus, in Kelowna. In the Spring of 2014 I retired from work all togethor. I did return to hobby/work these past four summers. I traveled to Scotland and spent the summers working as a Caddie in St Andrews,Scotland. Started as a bucket list item that turned into a summer job. Jury is still out on returning for a fifth year. Janice and I have continued to Travel. however, with Janice retiring, we have stepped our travel. The 100 places to visit in the world for us has been knocked down to under 40, so we are continuing to travel around the globe there lots of time to get old and stay home.. For those of you ever visiting in Kelowna, stop in and we can chat over a glass of fine wine on my deck overlooking the city and the Okanagan Valley. We can talk about the old alumni over what we should of done and what we have done. Would love to see yah!!!! I'm in the phone book.
