After graduation I went to Air Force basic training as a reservist and training at Keesler AFB, MS. I divorced Monty the next year. (For those of you that don't remember I was married in high school). In 1983 I married Mike Lorenz. Mike and I have two daughters. When they were young we made the decision for me to get out of the service and return to school. We were stationed in Germany, so when we got back to the states I got a B.S. in Elementary Ed., K-8. When the girls got older I went back to school and earned a M.S. in GeoSciences. Mike retired from the Air Force after 22 years. I am now teaching various sciences at D'Iberville High School. We live in the Woolmarket area of Harrison County. Our oldest daughter, Brenna, is attending Louisiana State on a 4-year Air Force ROTC scholoarship for International Studies-Mid East, and our youngest, Janet, is also in Air Force ROTC at Mississippi State studying Industrial Technology. Mike and I have been married 23 years now.
