I graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering (1987).
My career highlights are completing an internship as a Research and development Engineer with Lockheed Ga. Company (1987), Plant Engineer positions with Amoco and BP oil companies for 15 years in Georgia and Alabama, and Technical Director for InterfaceFlor, a Modular Carpet Manufacturer in LaGrange GA with International and domestic projects for the last 8 years.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Laura for the last 12 years, We met while working for Amoco and we have 4 great kids. I enjoy golf, hunting, fishing, and spending the weekends at the lake house with family.
